DaKisha Payne Williams is a multi-talented/multi-skilled intellect with a passion centered on improving human relations. She believes being authentic, accountable and responsible is key to building healthy personal and professional relationships.
Described as an educational extraordinaire, masterful facilitator, trainer and organizer, Rhoyal Gem Enterprise, LLC bore out of DaKisha's desire to bring all of her talents and skills into one platform.
Professionally, DaKisha has over 20+ years of classroom and leadership experience in the field of public education. She is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Psychology. She also has a Master of Art in Education degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on School Administration from High Point University. Her professional focus leans towards school culture, climate, leadership and classroom management.
Personally, DaKisha has extensively studied the dynamics of human behavior as it relates to relationships to better understand strategies for working with individuals, couples and families. Although she is not a licensed or certified counselor, she is a 'living coach' with a particular passion in speaking, coaching and working with couples experiencing marital distress and dissolvement.
